2Do allows you to use a completely different approach to managing your tasks. With its extremely easy-to-use interface and a comprehensive and flexible set of powerful features, it allows you to focus on what matters most to you: your life. There is no wrong way to use 2Do, and, unlike other applications, it will not force you to adhere to a specific task management methodology.

EASY TASKS, CHECKS AND PROJECTS
• Create simple tasks or checklists and projects with subtasks. Tasks can have notes, attachments and several alarms.
• Set any task to repeat using a flexible set of parameters.

GROUPS OF LISTS, LISTS AND SMART LISTS
• In addition to the built-in focus lists, which allow you to conveniently view upcoming, marked or scheduled tasks, you can create several lists to manage and organize your tasks.
• Smart lists allow you to use the true potential of 2Do using a range of search options, filters, and search presets. Using smart lists, you can create your own views of your tasks and use them to focus or search for frequently managed tasks.
