You have never seen such plants before. Each of them is ruled by a stupid boss, such as a circus clown or a medieval king, who motivates his hardworking employees to knock on the table and scream. Just like your boss. Or your parents. Or spouse. We call this "profit maximization through positive motivation."
And the workers? There is a long queue of impatient employees at the factory gates waiting to be hired! As their boss, you train them and reward the best performers with prices, such as gold medals and the so-called “Employee of the Day” award!
Oh, and did we mention the surprise boxes and the loot? Increase your productivity by giving a cup of coffee or an energy drink to the factory manager. It really makes them work! How about 80s motivational disco music? Your employees will dance, jam and earn even more!
