OsmAnd + (OSM Automated Navigation Directions) is a mapping and navigation application with access to free, worldwide, and high-quality OpenStreetMap data (OSM).
Enjoy voice and optical navigation, view POIs (sights), create and manage GPX tracks using contour lines visualization and elevation information, a choice between driving, cycling, pedestrian modes, OSM editing and more.
OsmAnd + – the paid version of the application. Buying it, you support the project, finance the development of new functions and get the latest updates.
Some of the main features are:

• Works online (fast) or offline (without roaming when you are abroad)
• step-by-step voice accompaniment (recorded and synthesized voices)
• Additional lane indication, display of street name and estimated time of arrival

• Choose between complete region data and only the road network (example: the whole of Japan is 700 MB or 200 MB for the road network only)

OsmAnd is open source and actively developing. Everyone can contribute to the application by reporting bugs, improving translations or coding new features. The project is in a state of continuous improvement with all these forms of interaction with developers and users. Project progress also depends on financial contributions for coding funds and testing new functionality.
