RPM (Real Physical Media) is the first plugin of its kind. Thanks to the Real Media Library and Media File Renamer (free or Pro versions, both work), it allows you to change the physical media storage path and media URL. This may also have some SEO benefits. Do you know the wp-content / uploads folder? There files are stored in folders based on year / month. This can be a very complex and massive process, especially when you work with an FTP client, such as FileZilla.
